Hey all!

So we are pretty much done. If you ordered Gold or a set with Gold, you still haven't received tracking because I held off. When the coins arrived last Friday, I couldn't bring myself to put them in the same plastic sleeve as the other coins so I ordered some capsules that will protect them. The place is local so I thought they'd arrive by Tuesday but I'm still waiting on them. That said, Gold coins weren't set to ship until July so we are technically still ahead on those. I'm hoping the capsules will arrive today so we can pack them up and get them out tomorrow but will keep you posted.

If you didn't order Gold and haven't received either your coin or tracking information it's because the survey wasn't filled out or, with around 10 of you, shipping is being blocked to your country. This is something I just discovered last week and I can only assume it's because of Covid. I'll send you guys individual emails about it by tomorrow to see what you would prefer to do.

A few of you emailed this morning requesting info and I will respond to you all soon but hopefully this clears up your question.

There are still around 50-60 people that haven't filled out the survey so please feel free to email me either through Kickstarter or to [email protected] so we can get to the bottom of it.

Once we are 100% done with shipping I'll pop back in with a final update but wanted to get this out there to those that are still waiting.

Fulfillment and Backer #

Hey gang,

I'm finally seeing a pattern with folks sharing their backer # and asking about shipping delays. I realize now that when you see we have shipped over 1000 orders and your backer number 687 (or anything below 1000), logic would dictate that you should be in that 1000 shipped. I'm afraid that's not the case. I'm not sure how other creators run the fulfillment but I ship like batches to simplify the process. In my experience, it's the best and quickest way to handle all of the shipments in a reasonable amount of time.

Please keep in mind that we are actually on schedule and ahead of schedule in some cases. The majority of the pledge levels had an estimated ship date of June and we are pretty much there. We now have around 500 shipments to go but some of those will end up spilling into July because we are waiting on more coins. 

I hope that clears up any confusion and all is well with you folks.

Update and clarification

Hey gang...another quick update.

We surpassed 1000 orders shipped yesterday and its looking like we will get most orders out in June. The only delayed orders will be Gold as we are waiting for them to come back from plating.

To clarify, if you haven't received tracking notification, it means your order hasn't shipped. There are still quite a few to go so please be patient. That said, we are on track and couldn't be happier with the fulfillment progress.

Hey there...well, it's not even mid-June and we are at the mid-point in shipping! Generally, when I create an estimated ship date like "June", my goal is to get started by mid-June at the latest. Quite something to be halfway done.

Shire Post is feeding us coins throughout the month so they are pretty close to going out as they come in. We have another batch coming next week so the goal is to get to 70% shipped by the end of next week.

We've received quite a bit of positive feedback and wanted to say thank you for that. Apologies for not getting to the comments personally but keep 'em coming!

p.s. We are only about a week away from the prototyping process for the next coin. I may have mentioned this already but it could be even better than the Fibonacci Coin :o    Stay tuned....
