Morning all!
Just wanted to drop a quick note to let you know we are moving right along and slightly (so far) ahead of schedule. First batch of shipments should start going out the end of next week but will likely take through June to get everything out.
I also want to thank you guys for powering through those surveys but there are still quite a few that haven't completed. Please let me know if you haven't seen it come through as sometimes there are email issues with the Backerkit platform.
Thanks again and we'll let you know when we get that first batch out!

Survey time!

Hey gang...the surveys should be hitting your inbox any moment now! As I mentioned, we use a third party service called Backerkit. Most of you probably know of it but for those that don't, it's pretty self explanatory.
Backerkit will take you through your pledge step by step and allow you to purchase extra coins if you like. If you added extra money to your pledge level, this will show as a "credit" in Backerkit that can be applied to the desired coins. One thing I didn't consider for those of you that added funds is the extra shipping cost. This will show up in your cart and will also be fairly self explanatory but, if there are any issues at all, please feel free to message me directly and I'll get you taken care of within 24 hours.
As usual, I'm sure I'm missing something regarding the survey process but, again, feel free to message me with any snags.
Final note, if anyone missed the campaign completely, we have a pre-order store set up through Backerkit as well. Some of you reading this may have missed the deadline or had a card issue that didn't get fixed before Kickstarters deadline.
Surveys and production

Hey folks!
Another quick update to keep you in the loop but first I want to reiterate that the best way to reach me is through the message/mail option, not comments. I try to respond to comments within 24 hours but it can be challenging. If you have a direct question, feel free to shoot me an email and I'll generally respond within a few hours (depending on your message time, of course).
Survey
I'm almost done setting up the survey through Backerkit and hoping to have it sent by tomorrow. We are still waiting on funds from Kickstarter (hopefully tomorrow as well) which also plays a part in the survey launch.
The survey process is pretty self explanatory but, if you have any trouble at all, reach out directly and I can walk you through it.
Production
Still rolling. Shire Post is minting away and looks like we are on schedule barring any snags. You never know in this game.
Pre-order store
There will also be a pre-order store set up through Backerkit if you, or someone you know, missed out on the campaign. The ship date will be slightly later than Kickstarter backers but will run close behind.

Thank you so much! Apologies for the slight delay on this update but got stuck in the shop all day yesterday. Jason and I are obviously blown away by your support and are excited to get these out to you.
I've seen a few concerns and some confusion so want to address a couple of quick items to clear it up.
Coin options
You absolutely get to choose your metal type and finish. This will happen through a survey that will come to you in a couple of weeks. I use a fulfillment service called Backerkit which simplifies the process.
Add ons
If you added funds to your pledge for extra coins, you will see this as a "credit" during the survey process and will be given the option to choose your extra coins.
If you didn't add funds and still want extra coins, you will also see this option in the survey. Once you choose the coin you want during the survey, a store will be the next option where you can purchase as many extra coins as you like.
A baby book
You asked and we responded. We're working on a small, 8 page booklet that will come with each coin. Nothing too elaborate but enough to wet your whistle. ;)
Fulfillment
The main thing to keep in mind is that, while your cards were charged yesterday, we don't receive that money from Kickstarter for at least two weeks. We've already begun production on the coins but some aspects of the fulfillment are on hold until the money lands in our account. The ship date for most pledges is June and there shouldn't be a problem with that timeline.
I think that about covers it for now but please feel free to message me directly if you have any other questions/concerns. Comments are welcome but a little more challenging for me to respond to as I can't respond directly from the inbox.

Final week and a word on add ons.

Hey all...I can't believe we are in our final week. What I really can't believe is the amount of support on this project!! Truly amazing.
We just uploaded the sixth, and final, Fibonacci tutorial from Jason. I hope you enjoyed this little series.
Add ons
I've received numerous messages and comments about adding on extra coins. This is always the challenge with a Kickstarter campaign. Simply put, Kickstarter isn't an e-commerce platform so it's difficult to give you all of the possible options.
You have two options if you want additional coins to your existing pledge...
1) Adjust your pledge and add the dollar amount required.
Copper & Bronze coins - $19 each
Silver coins - $78 each
2) Wait for the survey
This is probably the easiest route. I use a fulfillment service called Backerkit which allows me to set up a store during the survey process. A couple of weeks after the campaign ends, you will receive a survey notification that will walk you through the selection process from your pledge and allow you to purchase as many additional coins as you'd like.
I hope this answers any questions regarding extra coins but feel free to write me if anything is unclear.
